Delete your 2KDNA account

2KDNA provides an in-app account deletion option. If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion below.

Delete your account in the app

Open 2KDNA and go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Request deletion without the app

Email with the subject 2KDNA Account Deletion Request.

Include: the email address associated with your 2KDNA account and your 2KDNA username, if known. We may need to verify account control before processing the request.

What deletion is intended to remove

Account deletion is intended to remove the 2KDNA account and associated account data designated for deletion by the service, including the authentication record and user profile data. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or other legitimate obligations.

Before deleting

Account deletion is permanent. You may lose access to your profile, posts, saved content, messages, build information, relationships, and other data associated with the account.
